๐ŸŽ“ Celebrating Our 2026 Graduates!

Graduation season is almost here โ€” and in Pebble Creek, that's something we celebrate together.

Whether your student is walking across a stage at Crest High School, finishing up at Gardner-Webb University, or earning a degree somewhere else entirely โ€” this is a moment your whole family has worked hard for, and your neighbors are proud of you.

The HOA Board believes that strong communities celebrate their people. That's why we are officially waiving the sign restriction for a 2-week window during graduation season. Put that yard sign out. Let Pebble Creek know you're proud. You've earned it.

๐Ÿชง The Graduation Sign Exception

Normally, our HOA Restrictions prohibit yard signs (see our FAQ on Signs for full details). But graduation is exactly the kind of milestone our neighborhood should light up for.

Here's how the exception works:

  • โœ… Graduation yard signs are allowed for a 2-week window around your graduate's ceremony
  • โœ… Applies to high school, college, trade school โ€” any graduation milestone counts
  • โฐ Please take signs down within 2 weeks of graduation day โ€” after the celebration window, the standard rules return
  • โš ๏ธ This exception is specifically for graduation celebrations โ€” general school spirit signs (such as "My child goes to Springmore Elementary") are not included and remain prohibited under the covenants

๐Ÿ“… Graduation Season in Shelby

Cleveland County high school and college graduations typically take place in late May and early June. Keep an eye on the Cleveland County Schools website and your school's communications for exact ceremony dates and times.

If you have a graduate in the neighborhood, we'd love to hear about it! Feel free to reach out and share the news โ€” we may feature our Pebble Creek graduates in a future post.

๐Ÿ’› From the HOA Board

To every graduate with roots in Pebble Creek โ€” congratulations. The hard work, the late nights, the sacrifices you and your family made to reach this moment are an inspiration to all of us.

Pebble Creek is proud of you. Now go put that sign in the yard. ๐ŸŽ“

With pride,
