The condition of our neighborhood streets is a priority for the Pebble Creek HOA Board. Our streets are owned and maintained by the City of Shelby, and we are actively working with City officials to get a firm schedule for when Pebble Creek streets will be repaved (black-topped).
๐ฌ Update โ April 22, 2026: HOA President Nathan David has reached out directly to Scott Black at the City of Shelby requesting a detailed timeframe for when our streets will be black-topped. We are awaiting a response and will update this page as soon as we have more information.

How to Request a Street Repair
While the HOA Board is pursuing a neighborhood-wide repaving schedule through Scott Black, individual residents can also report street issues โ potholes, cracks, drainage problems โ directly to the City of Shelby. The City encourages residents to submit requests online:

๐ Submit a Street Repair Request โ cityofshelby.com
Use the online form to report potholes, drainage issues, or other street concerns. Requests are reviewed and prioritized by the Street Division.
๐ก Tip for residents: If you notice a pothole or street damage that needs immediate attention, don't wait โ submit a request directly to the City using the link above. The more residents who report an issue, the higher its priority in the City's repair queue.
