Spring is here and the growing season is in full swing. The Pebble Creek HOA Board wants to send a friendly reminder to all homeowners: now is the time to get on top of your lawn care. A well-maintained neighborhood starts with each of us keeping our own yards looking their best.
What We're Asking
- Mow regularly โ Aim for once a week during peak growing season. Grass that gets too tall is difficult to bring back and can attract pests.
- Edge your curbs and walkways โ Clean edges make a big difference in how sharp a yard looks from the street.
- Trim shrubs and hedges โ Keep them shaped and off fences, sidewalks, and neighboring property lines.
- Pull or treat weeds โ Weeds spread quickly in warm weather. Addressing them early saves a lot of work later.
- Clear grass clippings from streets and sidewalks โ Blowing or sweeping clippings off hard surfaces is a quick step that keeps things looking clean.
- Remove dead plants or landscaping debris โ Dead annuals from last season, fallen limbs, and leaf piles should be cleared out.
HOA Covenant Reminder
Our neighborhood covenants require homeowners to maintain their lots in a neat, clean, and attractive condition. This includes regular mowing, trimming, and weed control. The Board asks that all residents be good neighbors and stay on top of their yards throughout the season.
If you have a situation that makes it difficult to keep up โ whether it's travel, health, or another reason โ please reach out to the Board. We'd rather help find a solution than have to follow up formally.
Need Help?
If you're looking for a local lawn care service, ask a neighbor โ many of us use the same providers and are happy to share a recommendation. You can also reach the Board through the Contact page.
Thank you for helping keep Pebble Creek a neighborhood we're all proud to call home. ๐ก
