The Rule (Section 6.3(g))
The Pebble Creek HOA Restrictions are clear on this topic. Here is the exact language from the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants:
"The parking of vehicles shall be permitted in driveways and garages only. No vehicle shall be parked on any lawn, yard, travel area of streets or other area not intended for vehicular use for an extended period of time. Recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, tractors and campers shall be parked only in a garage. All cars, boats, recreational vehicles, trailers, etc. must have current tag and inspection tags." — Pebble Creek Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, Section 6.3(g)

Key Points to Know
- Garage only — not the driveway. This is the most commonly misunderstood rule. Unlike regular cars, recreational vehicles, campers, trailers, and boats must be stored inside a garage. Driveway storage — even temporarily — is not permitted under the covenants.
- No lawn, yard, or street parking. Parking any vehicle on a lawn, yard, street travel area, or any area not intended for vehicles is prohibited for extended periods.
- Current tags required. All vehicles, boats, trailers, and RVs stored on the property must have current registration and (where applicable) inspection tags.
- No outdoor vehicle repairs. Per Section 6.3(n), vehicle repairs may not be performed on any lot unless in an enclosed area with the doors closed — emergency repairs excepted.
⚠️ Heads up: If your camper, trailer, or RV won't fit in your garage, it cannot be stored on the property under the current covenants. Off-site storage facilities are available in the Shelby area.
